Reduce calorie intake to prevent diabetes

Eat something that could help clear the mind, which may have a scientific basis. Italianresearchers in the U.S. new issue of "National Academy of Sciences," published reports thatanimal experiments show that reducing calorie intake can be more durable to maintain brain health.
Roman Catholic Sacred Heart University researchers found that, compared with over-eatingmice, calorie restriction in mice does not suffer from diabetes, cognitive ability and memoryimproved. In addition, they should not be susceptible to Alzheimer's disease (Alzheimerdisease), even if sick, time will be delayed, the symptoms of over-eating mice than light. In this study, calorie restriction means that the mice eat no more than 70% of daily needs.

The researchers further found that calorie restriction activates the brain of mice within the cyclic AMP response element binding protein 1, which in turn can activate a host of other moleculesassociated with longevity. The removal of the substance, the mice even if the calorie restriction, also with over-eating or older who like the rest of the brain function decline.
The researchers said their future research direction is activated by means of new drugs cAMPresponse element binding protein 1, heat capacity so that intake can be limited to keep the brainhealthy.
Previously, U.S. researchers conducted a 20-year study shows significant reduction in caloric intake in rhesus monkeys can delay the aging process and prolong life. Dutch researchers also found that calorie restriction can improve the type Ⅱ diabetes heart function.
